Every organisation is different, so each coaching engagement will start with discovery to understand and explore what the problems or goals are and what success would look like for your context. We apply our agile thinking to this process obviously!

We build a backlog of items that you and your teams would like and refine them to understand the value hypothesis. We prioritise these and plan what we can do in the next time period. We then start to do the work and regularly inspect the results and adapt to what we’ve learnt.

Coaching engagements are SoW based and always tailored to your needs. They can be short-term or long term, part-time or full-time. They can be for individuals, single teams, multiple teams or entire organisations. Engagements normally include some combination of Teaching, Facilitation, Coaching, Mentoring, Consultancy and Transformation.
