Today was kicking off another cohort of Effective Agility training. The first few weeks focus on the key consultancy skills needed to be effective in the workplace and when interacting with clients and customers.
Nothing to do with agile specifically yet but these weeks cover key concepts everyone needs to think about if they want to be more effective (the agile stuff builds on this later)
– It starts with understanding yourself and understanding others
– In the middle we cover all sorts of skills that lead to higher performance
– We finish with some leadership competencies
I’m sure you can see the value of having engaged, thinking, passionate, effective people working in your company and team!
There is value in working hard, but there is more value in working effectively!
